October 31, 2006 - Happy Halloween 2006 - Our pumpkins had words that came out the back.
October 30, 2006 - Elder Michael Haslam is transferred to Hidden Valley, California as senior companion and district leader.
He and his companion are assigned to the Middletown Ward. This ward meets in Clear Lake, California, which is north and to the east of Santa Rosa. The Middletown ward is in the Ukiah, California stake. His new junior companion is Elder Rosario from Kissimee Florida. He was born in Puerto Rico, but has lived in the United States for several years.
October 29, 2006 - Reed just returned from Bangkok Thailand - "40 years of missionary work"
He joined with other returned missionaries and members of the Bangkok Stake to celebrate "40 years since the Dedication of Thailand for the Preaching of the Gospel" Pictured here is President Wisit Khanakham, President of the Thailand Bangkok Stake, discussing the dedication that took place near this spot in Lumpini park on November 2, 1966. On that day, Elder Gordon B. Hinckley offered the prayer of dedication. About 50 former missionaries returned to join in this celebration of the LDS Church's growth in Thailand over 40 years.
September 18, 2006 - Elder Michael Haslam has been assigned as a senior companion and remains in Vacaville California
August 24, 2006 - Reed's office moved to a new building in South Jordan
For the Northrup Grumman Salt Lake Health Care group it was a significant office upgrade.

June 28, 2006 - By tracing his charge receipts we discovered that Michael has been assigned to the Vacaville California Stake
June 10, 2006 - Robert leased a new Infinity G35 sedan. By more than $10K the most expensive vehicle procured by our family.
June 7, 2006 - Elder Michael Haslam commenced two years of missionary service by entering the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah.
Michael will depart at the end of the month for Santa Rosa, California.

May 5, 2006 - Robert completed his degrees at the University of Utah in December 2005
On this date he attended the convocation of the Eccles School of Business at the Huntsman Center. In addition to his degree in Business Finance he also received a degree in Japanese from the College of Humanities.
April 15, 2006 - Photographs from the Thailand Bangkok Mission Old Heads Reunion posted.
March 29, 2006 - Michael received his mission call to serve in the Santa Rosa California Mission.
He departs on June 7, 2006. His great-grandfather John H. Haslam built chapels in the Santa Rosa area in the late 1940's. The buildings are still standing today, but are not owned by the LDS Church.

March 22, 2006 - During the first week over 100 copies of "Translating Scripture - The Thai Book of Mormon" were distributed.
March 14, 2006 - Reed accepted 500 copies of his new book from "Alexander's Print Advantage" his printer.
Translating Scripture - The Thai Book of Mormon is now available for purchase. Thanks to the many who provided input and assisted with the production of the book, especially Sister Srilaksana Suntarahut, who was the principal translator of the Thai Book of Mormon.
January 31, 2006 - Another web site launched
Another web site lives and breathes at theHaslams. HTown Publishing is now up and running. The site features information on Reed's forthcoming new book "Translating Scripture - The Thai Book of Mormon" regarding the coming forth of the Book of Mormon in the Thai language.
